一年蓬浸提液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘要 为了明确一年蓬不同部位水浸提液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生理生化特性的影响,以扬麦13和小偃22为材料,采用室内培养皿培养,分析不同浸提液处理对小麦的发芽势、发芽率、根长、苗长、鲜重、干重和叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明:一年蓬浸提液浓度的增加对2个小麦品种发芽和幼苗期的生长抑制作用明显增强,根数随着一年蓬浸提液浓度的增加而增多。幼苗SOD活性随着浸提液浓度的增加呈现先升后降的趋势。在相同浓度下,茎叶的化感作用大于根部。试验结果表明,小偃22受一年蓬化感作用影响较小,适应性较强。 In order to clarify the effect of Erigeron annuus on wheat seed germination and physiological and biochemical properties,with Yangmai 13 and Xiaoyan 22 as materials,physiological indicators such as germination potential,germination rate,root length,seedling length,fresh weight,dry weight and propylene dialdehyde(MDA) content and hyperoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in leaves were determined under the treatment of different concentrations of dip lotions at different parts of E.annuus.The results showed that the growth inhibition of the two wheat varieties during germination and seedling stage was obviously enhanced with the increase of the concentration of E.annua extract,and the number of roots increased with the increase of E.annua extract.The SOD activity of seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of the extract.At the same concentration,the allelopathy of stem and leaf was greater than that of root.The test results show that Xiaoyan 22 is less susceptible to allelopathy and more adaptable.
