摘要
为了克服传统氟钛酸钾(K_(2)TiF_(6))生产中产品纯度低、产生含铁废水及处理困难等问题,本研究以氢氟酸(HF)、钛酸(Ti(OH)_(4))和碳酸钾(K_(2)CO_(3))为原料,通过精细调控反应时间、温度和搅拌速度,优化了氟钛酸钾的制备工艺,并对其热力学进行探讨。实验结果表明:在反应时间为20 min、反应温度为50℃及搅拌速度为300 r/min的条件下,重复实验3次制得的氟钛酸钾纯度高达99.86%~99.88%,远超GB/T 22668—2008中PFT-1产品的指标。通过优化反应条件,显著提升了氟钛酸钾的质量,为工业生产高品质氟钛酸钾提供参考。
In order to overcome the problems of low product purity,iron-containing wastewater and difficult treatment in the traditional production of potassium fluorotitate(K_(2)TiF_(6)),hydrofluoric acid(HF),titanic acid(Ti(OH)_(4)) and potassium carbonate(K_(2)CO_(3)) were used as raw materials,and the preparation process of potassium fluorotitate was optimized by finely adjusting the reaction time,temperature and stirring speed,and its thermodynamics were discussed.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of reaction time of 20 min,reaction temperature of 50 ℃ and stirring speed of 300 r/min,the purity of potassium fluorotitate prepared by repeated experiments for three times was as high as 99.86%~99.88%,which far exceeded the index of PFT-1 products in GB/T 22668—2008.By optimizing the reaction conditions,the quality of potassium fluorotitate was significantly improved,which provided reference for the industrial production of high-quality potassium fluorotitanate.
