Emerging targets for tumor immunotherapy

目的 综述近年来的肿瘤免疫治疗新兴靶点,为肿瘤治疗提供更多的参考价值和方向。方法 通过文献搜索引擎搜索“肿瘤免疫”“靶点”等关键词,运用中国知网、超星发现、维普、SciFinder、Elsevier、Web of Science等数据库,查阅了近几年相关文献,并对其进行了系统归纳、分析和总结。结果 根据肿瘤微环境中的免疫抑制等机制,研究出许多新的靶点可有效治疗肿瘤。结论 这些新的靶点可以提供新的免疫信号通路,有望改善肿瘤免疫疗法中的不足。

Objective To review the emerging targets of tumor immunotherapy in recent years,providing more reference values and directions for tumor treatment.Methods We searched for"tumor immunity"and"target"through literature search engines and used databases such as China Knowledge Network,Super Star Discovery,Vipers,SciFinder,Elsevier and Web of Science to review the relevant literatures in recent years.The relevant literatures in recent years were reviewed and systematically summarized,analyzed.Results Based on the mechanisms such as immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment,many new targets have been investigated for effective treatment of tumors.Conclusion These new targets can provide new immune signaling pathways and are expected to improve the shortcomings in tumor immunotherapy.
