摘要
采用正交试验法探索微波辅助提取酸枣仁油的工艺。实验结果表明,微波辅助提取酸枣仁油的最佳条件为提取时间为5min,提取温度为40℃,料液质量比为1∶7。此工艺稳定可行,为酸枣仁油的规模化生产,提供一定的借鉴意义。
The orthogonal test method was used to explore the microwave-assisted extraction process of jujube seed oil.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of jujube seed oil were as follows:extraction time 5 min,extraction temperature 40℃,and material-to-liquid ratio 1∶7.This process is stable and feasible,providing certain reference for the large-scale production of jujube seed oil.
