表现为中枢性面瘫的延髓外侧梗死一例

A case report of lateral medullary infarction with central facial palsy

延髓外侧梗死较少会导致面神经麻痹。作者报道1例表现为Avellis综合征的延髓外侧梗死患者,该患者除了存在球麻痹及对侧偏身浅感觉减退等症状外,还出现了病灶同侧中枢性面瘫,这在延髓梗死患者中极为罕见。该文拟结合文献复习对这一特殊表现的解剖学基础进行探讨。

The occurrence of facial palsy is uncommon in cases of lateral medullary infarctions.The authors reported a case of lateral medullary infarction presented with Avellis syndrome,in addition to bulbar paralysis and contralateral hypoesthesia,the patient also exhibited the ipsilateral central facial palsy,which is highly uncommon among patients with medullary infarction.By reporting the special clinical manifestation of the patient and reviewing the literature,this paper aimed to explore the anatomical basis of the unique clinical manifestation.
