人工耳蜗植入术后认知功能的神经心理学评估方法

摘要 认知与听力密切相关,评估人工耳蜗植入(CI)后的认知功能具有重要意义。神经心理学测验是重要的认知能力评估方法,包括各种量表评估和行为学测试。本文从神经心理学角度总结人工耳蜗植入者认知功能的评估方法,从整体认知和不同单认知领域的维度(智力、执行功能、记忆、语言、注意力及视空间等)分别进行归纳,希望对CI者认知能力形成整体认识。 Cognition is closely related to hearing.The assessment of cognitive functions after cochlear implantation is of great importance.Psychophysical measures are an important method for evaluating cognitive abilities,which include various scales and behavioral tests.This article summarizes the psychophysical measures of cognitive assessment after cochlear implant,including different cognitive constructs(intelligence,executive function,memory,language,attention,and visuospatial,etc.),hoping to develop a comprehensive understanding of the cognitive abilities of cochlear implant users.
