山东省驴养殖场的养殖效率调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on the Breeding Efficiency of Donkey Farms in Shandong Province

提高驴养殖场的养殖效率是化解养殖资源约束、促进农户收益增长的主要路径之一。本文采用山东省48家驴养殖场调研数据,采用DEA模型测算了两类养殖模式、三种养殖规模的驴养殖场的养殖效率,厘清了制约山东省驴产业发展的关键因素。研究发现:(1)山东省驴养殖场的养殖效率有较大的改进和提升空间,纯技术效率是限制规模化养殖场养殖效率提升的主要因素;(2)从养殖模式来看,专业化分工模式的养殖效率高于自繁自养模式,养殖技术是导致自繁自养模式效率低下的主要原因;(3)从养殖规模来看,小规模养殖的实际产出水平最接近最优产出状态,养殖效率最高。

It is one of the main ways to relieve the constraints of breeding resources and promote the growth of farmers'income by improving the breeding efficiency of donkey farms.Based on the survey data of 48 donkey farms in Shandong Province,it calculated the breeding efficiency of two types of breeding models and three types of breeding scale of donkey farms by using DEA model,and clarified the key factors re-stricting the development of donkey industry of Shandong Province.The results show that:(1)there is much room for improvement and enhancement of the breeding efficiency of donkey farms in Shandong Province,and the pure technical efficiency is the main factor limiting the improvement of the breeding efficiency of largescale farms;(2)from the perspective of breeding mode,the breeding efficiency of spe-cialized division of labor mode is higher than that of self-propagation and self-cultivation mode,and the breeding technology is the main reason for the low efficiency of self-propagation and self-cultiva-tion mode;(3)from the perspective of breeding scale,the actual output level of small-scale breeding is the closest to the optimal output state,and the breeding efficiency is the highest.
