汽车生产者责任延伸制度下的回收利用设计与再制造

摘要 自21世纪以来,中国汽车产业蓬勃发展。随着汽车保有量剧增,大量的报废汽车需要处理,给环境、社会带来巨大的挑战和负担。基于国内外的法规政策背景及报废汽车回收利用现状,从产品回收设计、再制造两个方面探讨如何解决和处理汽车报废带来的问题,以促进资源的循环再利用和汽车产业的可持续发展。 In 21th century,china automobile industry has gotten a vigorous development.As the ownership of car increase fast,large amount of end of life vehicle need to be disposed.It brings huge challenge and burden to the environment and society.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign regulatory background and recycling statue of end-of-life vehicles,the product design and remanufacturing were discussed to provide a solution to the problems of the end-of-life vehicles,so as to finally promote the recycling of resource and the sustainable development of automobile industry.
