区域高质量职业教育教材体系建设:价值意蕴、内涵特征与实践路径

摘要 区域高质量职业教育教材体系建设是顺应高质量发展的必然要求,也是促进区域职业教育高质量发展的必然选择。区域高质量职业教育教材体系是推进职业教育分级管理机制的务实举措,是促进区域职业教育教材建设的应有之义,是推动区域职业教育高质量发展的内生需要。其主要内涵特征是“引航领向”的指引性、“突显特色”的内在性、“融合发展”的多元性和“体制机制”的规范性。建设区域高质量职业教育教材体系必须以加强党的领导为根本保障,以更新教材开发理念为持续动力,以加强师资队伍建设为核心要素,以优化教材出版机制为关键支撑,以健全监测管理机制为有力保障。 The construction of a high-quality regional vocational education teaching material system is an inevitable requirement for high-quality development and a necessary choice to promote the high-quality development of regional vocational education.This system is a pragmatic measure to advance the hierarchical management mechanism of vocational education,a rightful duty to enhance the construction of regional vocational education materials,and an intrinsic need to drive the high-quality development of regional vo-cational education.Its main features include the directive nature of“guiding leadership,”the inherent nature of“highlighting charac-teristics,”the diversity of“integrated development,”and the normativity of“system and mechanism.”Building a high-quality region-al vocational education teaching material system must be underpinned by strengthening the leadership of the CPC,continuously pow-ered by updating the concept of teaching material development,centered on enhancing the construction of the teaching staff,critically supported by optimizing the teaching material publishing mechanism,and robustly guaranteed by a sound monitoring and manage-ment mechanism.
