摘要
针对LB46型导叶可调式液力变矩器泵轮叶片形状的研究,借鉴风力机翼型型线参数化描述的思想,在儒科夫斯基变换原理的基础上,通过四个不同阶次的数值拟合,找到最优的三阶拟合结果,建立参数化模型。通过计算流体力学方法,计算变矩器内流场,得到参数化模型原始特性曲线与实验测量结果一致,验证了这种集成方法的可行性,为变矩器结构创新提供了新思路。
In this paper,the integrated method of wind turbine airfoil profile expression was introduced to study the blade profile geometry of LB46 adjustable guide vane hydraulic torque converter.Based on the principle of Joukowsky conformal transformation,the pump blade profile was modified and four different orders of fitting were carried out.Finally,the three fitting results were select-ed and the flow field of the torque converter was numerically calculated by using the computational fluid dynamics method.The pre-dicted original characteristic curve was in accordance with the experimental results,which verified the feasibility of the integrated method,and provided new thinking of the innovation of torque converter structure.
