摘要
基于气液传质双膜理论,结合传质速率方程分析了喷丝帽内二醋酸纤维纺丝液的丙酮挥发机理,明确了影响丙酮挥发速率的关键控制因素,通过试验验证了喷丝帽保存温度、保存时间与出帽率的关系。结果表明:当喷丝帽保存温度从室温降至0℃以下时,出帽率有大幅提升;温度继续下降到-10℃后,提升效果不明显;喷丝帽冷冻温度在-5℃左右较为合理;出帽率随保存时间的延长而下降,在-5℃的冷冻条件下,喷丝帽保存3、7、10 d的出帽率分别为93%、76%、55%,较33%的参考基准值最高提升近2倍,在提高循环使用效率的同时也有利于节能降耗。
Based on the gas-liquid mass transfer dual membrane theory and the mass transfer rate equation,the mechanism of acetone volatilization in the spinning solution of the spinneret is analyzed,and the key control factors of the acetone volatilization rate are elucidated.The relationship among storage temperature,storage time,and spinneret wiping rate of spinneret is verified through experiments.The results show that when storage temperature of the spinneret decreases to 0℃,the spinneret wiping rate increases significantly,but continuing to lower the storage temperature to-10℃is not so effective,and the freezing temperature of the spinneret is reasonable at around-5℃.At the same time,spinneret wiping rate decreases with the prolongation of storage time.Under the freezing condition of-5℃,spinneret wiping rate of storage for 3,7,and 10 days are 93%,76%,and 55%,respectively.Compared with the reference value of 33%,the spinneret wiping rate can be increased by nearly 2 times,which can greatly improve the recycling efficiency and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
