摘要
对氨纶纺丝车间火灾危险性进行分析,通过建立物理模型、设定物化参数和边界条件,运用火灾动力学模拟软件(FDS)模拟得到氨纶纺丝车间发生火灾后车间内的温度、烟气蔓延速度及CO浓度分布情况;探究了不同风速下(0、1、2、3 m/s)的排烟机和不同流量下(0、5、10、20 L/mim)的水喷淋对氨纶纺丝车间内火灾危险性的抑制作用。模拟结果表明:水喷淋在一定程度上能够降低车间内的温度,但对烟气的控制几乎没有作用;排烟机对车间内的火灾危险性有较好的防控效果,能够有效降低烟气浓度、温度以及CO浓度。通过模拟得出,排烟机的最佳风速为2 m/s,水喷淋的最佳流量为10 L/min。
According to the analysis of fire hazard of spandex spinning workshop,by establishing a physical model and setting physical and chemical parameters and boundary conditions,the temperature,smoke spread speed,and CO concentration distribution inside the spandex spinning workshop after a fire occurs are simulated using fire dynamics ion software(FDS).The inhibitory effect of smoke exhaust fans at different wind speeds(0,1,2,3 m/s)and water spray at different flow rates(0,5,10,20 L/mim)on the fire hazard in the spandex spinning workshop is explored.The simulation results show that water spray can reduce temperature in the workshop to a certain extent,but almost has no effect in control of the smoke,however,smoke exhaust fans have a better protective effect on the fire hazard in the workshop,and it can effectively reduce the smoke,temperature and CO concentration.Through simulation,the optimal wind speed for smoke exhaust fan is 2 m/s,and the optimal flow rate for water spray is 10 L/min.
