丝素蛋白/壳聚糖复配改性棉织物性能

Properties of cotton fabric modified with fibroin/chitosan compound

摘要 利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射、热失重与热分析曲线、力学性能、折皱回复角、光滑度与抗菌率表征丝素蛋白/壳聚糖复配整理液整理棉织物的微观形貌、分子结构、热学性能、服用性能及抗菌性能。测试结果表明:丝素蛋白与壳聚糖复配过程中发生配位和键合,结构由silkⅠ向silkⅡ转变,形成更加稳定的氢键,但复配未改变整理液组分的二级结构;经丝素蛋白/壳聚糖整理液整理后,棉织物表面覆盖了一层致密膜,该膜随着壳聚糖质量分数的增加而愈加致密,之后出现裂纹;热学性能与力学性能先增后减,折皱回复角先减后增,表面光滑度与抑菌性能则持续提高,当壳聚糖质量分数超过50%时趋于稳定。分析认为:利用壳聚糖质量分数为30%~50%的丝素蛋白与壳聚糖复配整理液对棉织物进行整理后,所得织物服用性能较佳,且能满足改性需求。 Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),curves of thermogravimetry(TG)and Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC),mechanical properties,wrinkle recovery angle,smoothness and antibacterial rate are used to characterize the microstructure,molecular structure,thermal properties,wear properties and antibacterial properties of cotton fabric prepared with fibroin/chitosan compound finishing agent.The results show that coordination and bonding occurr during the complex process of silk fibroin protein and chitosan,and the structure changes from silkⅠto silkⅡ,forming a more stable hydrogen bond,but the secondary structure of the composition of the finishing solution is not changed.The surface of the cotton fabric is covered with a dense film after the silk fibroin/chitosan finishing.The film becomes denser with the increasing of chitosan content,and then cracks appear.The thermal and mechanical properties increase first and then decrease,the crease recovery angle decreases first and then increases,and the surface smoothness and antibacterial properties continue to improve,and tends to be stable when the chitosan content exceeds 50%.Analysis suggests that the cotton fabric finished with 30%~50%fibroin and chitosan compound has better wearability and could meet the requirements of modification.
