摘要
将Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)涂布在聚乙烯亚胺预处理棉织物的表面,制备了Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)改性棉织物,并分别测试其抗菌、抗紫外性能。结果显示:Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)改性棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)和大肠埃希菌(E.coli)的抑菌率分别为98.49%和97.08%;水洗20次后,其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率仍保持在80.87%和78.45%;紫外线防护系数(UPF)高达163.76。Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)改性棉织物具有较优的抗菌、抗紫外效果和抗菌、抗紫外持久性。
Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X) modified cotton fabric is prepared through coating Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X) onto the surface of polyethyleneimine pretreated cotton fabric.The antibacterial and UV resistance properties of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X) modified cotton fabric are tested.The results show that the antibacterial rates of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X) modified cotton fabric against S.aureus and E.coli are 98.49%and 97.08%respectively,and after washing 20 times,the antibacterial rates against S.aureus and E.coli remain with 80.87%and 78.45%.The ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X) modified cotton fabric is up to 163.76.Therefore,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X) modified cotton fabric has excellent and durable antibacterial and UV protection effect.
