摘要
纯木薯淀粉浆料在纯棉纱线上浆时,亲和力较弱,浆膜硬脆,韧性不足,附着力较差。采用戊二醛、甘油处理纯木薯淀粉浆料,对浆膜性能和浆纱性能进行测试分析。试验结果表明:制备的改性木薯淀粉浆膜和浆纱相比纯木薯淀粉浆膜和浆纱,其强伸性、耐磨性能有较大幅度的提高,比黏附力和毛羽指标都有显著的改善。利用此方法制备的改性木薯淀粉浆料环保,可改善棉纱上浆性能,提高织造效率。
Cotton sizing with pure cassava starch has the disadvantages of weak affinity,hard and brittle sizing film,insufficient resilience and poor adhesive force.Glutaraldehyde and glycerin are used to treat pure cassava starch sizing solution,and the properties of sizing films and the performances of sized yarns are tested and analyzed.The experimental results show that compared with pure cassava starch film and yarn,the prepared modified cassava starch film and yarn have significantly improved strength and wear resistance,as well as significantly improved adhesion and fuzziness indicators.The modified cassava starch slurry prepared by this method is environmentally friendly,and can improve the sizing performance of cotton yarn and weaving efficiency.
