摘要
果形是瓠瓜重要的农艺和商品性状,为定位控制瓠瓜果形相关性状的主效基因,本研究以葫芦形瓠瓜‘JH-8’、长棒形瓠瓜‘长瓠21’及其杂交获得的F2群体(324个单株)为试材,筛选出极端单株建立了葫芦形混池和长棒形混池,结合高通量测序筛选果形相关性状的QTLs。利用SNP-index算法共鉴定出3个主要的瓠瓜果形调控关联区域,分别位于Chr.3:6 765 000~9 431 999 kb,Chr.8:9 066 000~9 172 999 kb和Chr.9:14 000~2 908 999 kb。本研究结果为瓠瓜果形相关性状的基因定位提供了重要的候选区间,可为后续目标基因的精细定位和克隆提供参考。
Fruit shape is an important agronomic and commercial trait of bottle gourd.To locate the major genes controlling fruit shape-related traits in bottle gourd,this study used the bottle gourd cultivars'JH-8'with gourd shape,'Changhu21'with long club shape,and their F2 population(324 individual plants)as experimental materials.Extreme individual plants were selected to establish a gourd shape mixed pool and a long club shape mixed pool.Combined with high-throughput sequencing,QTLs related to fruit shape traits were screened.Using the SNP-index algorithm,three main loci associated with the regulation of fruit shape in bottle gourd were identified,located on Chr.3:6765000~9431999 kb,Chr.8:9066000~9172999 kb and Chr.9:14000~2908999 kb,respectively.The results of this study provided an important candidate region for mapping bottle gourd fruit shape related traits,and are helpful for the fine mapping and cloning of target genes in the future.
