越橘提取物和抗阻运动对MIRI大鼠心脏保护作用的影响 被引量:1

The Protective Effects of Vaccinium myrtillus Extract and Resistance Exercise on Myocardial Ischemia-reperfusion Injury in Rats

摘要 越橘(Vaccinium myrtillus L.)含有丰富的花青素、黄酮类化合物和酚酸,这些化合物具有多种生物效应,已被广泛用于果汁和食品生产或用作膳食补充剂。近年来,越来越多的研究集中于寻找有效的心脏保护策略以减轻MIRI。本研究旨在评估越橘提取物(Vaccinium myrtillus L. extract, VME)和抗阻运动(RE)在心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型上的协同心脏保护作用。通过多组比较,本研究分析了VME和RE对心肌损伤标志物、氧化应激、炎症反应、心肌细胞凋亡率以及Nrf2/HO-1信号通路的影响。结果显示,VME和RE组合治疗能显著降低心肌细胞凋亡率,减少炎症标志物TNF-α、CRP和IL-6的表达,同时增加抗氧化酶活性并激活Nrf2/HO-1信号通路。这些发现提示,越橘提取物联合抗阻运动可能通过减轻氧化应激和炎症反应,以及激活Nrf2/HO-1通路,从而发挥心脏保护作用。本研究强调了越橘提取物作为一种有前景的心脏保护剂的潜力,其自然来源和多重保护机制为心血管疾病的治疗提供了新的视角。 Bilberry(Vaccinium myrtillus L.)is rich in anthocyanins,flavonoids,and phenolic acids,compounds with a variety of biological effects,and is widely used in juice and food production or as a dietary supplement.In recent years,increasing research has focused on finding effective cardiac protective strategies to mitigate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI).This study aimed to assess the synergistic cardioprotective effects of Bilberry extract(Vaccinium myrtillus extract,VME)and resistance exercise(RE)in a rat model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Through comparative analysis across multiple groups,this study investigated the impacts of VME and RE on myocardial injury markers,oxidative stress,inflammatory response,myocardial cell apoptosis rate,and the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway.The results showed that combined treatment with VME and RE significantly reduced the rate of myocardial cell apoptosis and decreased the expression of inflammatory markers TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 while increasing antioxidant enzyme activity and activating the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway.These findings suggest that Bilberry extract combined with resistance exercise may exert cardioprotective effects by alleviating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses,as well as activating the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.This study highlights the potential of Bilberry extract as a promising cardiac protective agent,offering a new perspective for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with its natural origin and multiple protection mechanisms.
