摘要
选取2012—2021年全国30个省份数据,对数字经济与工业技术创新发展水平、耦合协调度及空间自相关性进行分析。结果表明:(1)2012—2020年期间数字经济和工业技术创新发展水平不断上升,随后一年因受到疫情的冲击导致数字经济发展水平下降。(2)我国数字经济与工业技术创新的耦合协调度稳步上升,但是区域和各省份之间存在显著的差异,呈现东部>中部>西部的发展状况。(3)Moran′s Ⅰ指数表明两系统耦合协调度存在显著的空间效应,部分省份存在空间集聚的特征。对此提出了促进数字经济与工业技术创新协调发展的政策建议。
The data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021 are selected to analyze the development level,coupling coordination degree and spatial autocorrelation of digital economy and industrial technology innovation.The results show that:(1)The development level of digital economy and industrial technology innovation are increasing during 2012—2020,and the digital industrialization in the following year causes a decline in the development level of digital economy due to the impact of the epidemic.(2)The coupling and coordination of digital economy and industrial technology innovation in China are steadily increasing,but there are significant differences between regions and provinces,presenting the development situation of East>Central>West.(3)Moran′s I index shows that there is a significant spatial effect in the coupling and coordination of the two systems,and some provinces are characterized by spatial agglomeration.In this regard,policy suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of digital economy and industrial technology innovation.
