中国农业绿色发展水平测度及时空差异分析

Measurement of the Level of Agricultural Green Development inChina and Its Spatiotemporal Difference Analysis

在构建中国农业绿色发展水平评价指标体系的基础上,基于2011年至2022年全国31个省(区、市)相关数据,从农业产出效率、环境友好水平、生态系统稳定性、资源利用效率4个维度测度和考察了全国及各省份农业绿色发展水平、耦合协调程度、区域发展差异。研究结果表明,我国农业绿色发展水平呈快速、稳步上升态势,其中农业产出效率和环境友好水平的提升速度最快,生态稳定性保持在平稳状态,而资源利用效率的提升速度最慢;现阶段对我国农业绿色发展水平贡献度最高的是农业产出效率和生态系统稳定性,但整体上单个维度的影响力逐渐降低,4个子系统之间的协同影响逐步增强;农业绿色发展各维度之间的耦合性和协调性不断加强,自然、社会、经济、生态等系统正在走向良性循环,但仍存在一定的波动,稳定性依然不够;农业绿色发展水平区域差距呈缩小趋势,但东、中、西部各地之间以及各区域内部的差距依然明显,在此基础上,提出了进一步促进我国农业绿色发展的相关政策建议。

On the basis of constructing an evaluation index system for the level of China’s agricultural green development,using the relevant data of 31 provincial-level regions in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper measures and examines the level of agricultural green development,the degree of coupling correlation,and regional development differences in China and various regions from four dimensions:agricultural output efficiency,environmental friendliness,ecosystem stability,and resource utilization efficiency.The results indicate that the level of China’s agricultural green development is on a rapid and steady upward trend,while the fastest improvement is in agricultural output efficiency and environmental friendliness,stable ecological remains stability,and the slowest improvement in resource utilization efficiency.At this stage,agricultural output efficiency and ecosystem stability contribute the most to China’s agricultural green development level,but the influence of a single dimension is gradually decreasing overall,and the synergistic effect between the four subsystems is gradually increasing.The coupling and coordination among various dimensions of agricultural green development are continuously strengthening,and natural,social,economic,and ecological systems are moving towards a virtuous cycle,but there are still some fluctuations,and stability remains insufficient.The regional differences in the level of agricultural green development are narrowing,but the gaps among the eastern,central,and western regions,as well as within each region,remain significant.On this basis,the study puts forward policy recommendations to further implement the green development of agriculture in China.
