钛基抗菌复合材料制备的研究进展

摘要 钛作为一种金属,因其具有良好的生物相容性、力学性能和耐腐蚀性而被广泛地应用于骨修复。然而,细菌易粘附在植入物表面,缺乏抗菌活性是植入物感染和炎症的主要原因。通过对钛进行改性可以改变植入体的物理与化学特性,抑制细菌的附着,使植入体种植的成功率进步。本文主要综述了制备具有抗菌性钛植入物的不同方法,用于引入不同的抗菌剂以增强钛表面的抗菌性,扩展了钛种植体生物医学方面的应用。 As a metal,titanium was widely used in bone repair due to its good biocompatibility,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.However,bacteria tend to adhere to implant surfaces and lack of antibacterial activity was the main cause of implant infection and inflammation.The modification of titanium could change the physical and chemical properties of implants,inhibit the attachment of bacteria,and improve the success rate of implant implantation.This paper mainly reviewed the different methods of preparing titanium implants with antibacterial properties,which could be used to introduce different antibacterial agents to enhance the antibacterial properties of titanium surface and expand the application of titanium implants in biomedicine.
