手性金属纳米团簇的研究进展及潜在应用

摘要 原子精确的手性金属纳米团簇因其在催化、传感和生物检测等领域的应用受到人们广泛的关注。大多数手性金属团簇以外消旋混合物的形式存在,因此引用手性配体或反离子进入合成体系,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、毛细管电泳等方法,诱导立对映体的定向形成,得到光学纯手性纳米团簇,为了研究热点。手性纳米团簇的种类有多种,原子核扭曲或定向旋转、手性配体、非手性配体扭曲变形等因素都会导致团簇手性的产生,探究手性产生的原因,对定向合成手性团簇具有重大意义。本文将对手性金属纳米团簇的种类、合成方法、研究方向等进行综述,并对手性纳米团簇今后发展趋势做简要展望。 Atomically accurate chiral metal nanoclusters have attracted much attention due to their applications in catalysis,sensing and biological detection.Most chiral metal clusters exist in the form of racemic mixtures.Therefore,chiral ligands or counter-ions are introduced into the synthetic system,and the directional formation of the enantiomers was induced by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and capillary electrophoresis,etc.,so as to obtain optically pure chiral nanoclusters.There were various types of chiral nanoclusters,and factors such as nuclear distortion or directional rotation,chiral ligand distortion,and achiral ligand distortion could lead to the generation of chiral clusters.Exploring the cause of chiralitywas of great significance for the directional synthesis of chiral clusters.The types,synthesis methods and research directions of chiral metal nanoclusters were reviewed,and the future development trend of chiral nanoclusters was briefly prospected.
