摘要
为开发利用紫菀多糖资源,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化了紫菀多糖的提取工艺,同时研究了紫菀多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明:紫菀多糖的最佳工艺为微波时间116 s、微波功率600 W、液料比51 mL/g,在该工艺条件下紫菀多糖的得率为18.36%;紫菀多糖浓度在300μg/mL时,对DPPH·自由基的清除率可达89.71%,IC_(50)值为173.25μg/mL,紫菀多糖溶液在600μg/mL时,对·OH自由基的清除率达66.70%,IC_(50)值为424.13μg/mL。
In order to develop and utilize Aster tataricus L.f.polysaccharide resources,on the basis of single factor experiment,the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of Aster tataricus L.f.polysaccharide,and the antioxidant activities of the extracted Aster tataricus L.f.polysaccharide were evaluated.The results showed thatthe best process for extracting polysaccharides was as follows:microwave time 116 s,microwave power 600 W,and liquid-to-material ratio 51 mL/g.At this time,the yield of the polysaccharides was 18.362%.The scavenging rate of DPPH radical was 89.71%,at the concentration of the polysaccharide was 300μg/mL,the IC_(50)value was 173.25μg/mL,and the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radicals was 66.70%,and the IC_(50)value was 424.13μg/mL at the concentration of the polysaccharide was 600μg/mL.
