玻璃基板清洗废水回用

摘要 玻璃基板加工后,需利用添加清洗剂的超纯水进行清洗,清除玻璃基板表面的颗粒、指纹、玻璃粉、灰尘、污渍等,清洗过程产生的废水经过处理,达到城市污水处理厂接管标准,排放至污水管网。通过水质分析与试验,可以看出,处理后的废水水质接近软水水质,仅浊度明显大于软水浊度,可以在冷却塔补水前增加一台过滤器,用于去除废水中的悬浮物,可实现废水浊度接近软水。处理后的废水水质明显优于目前运行的冷却塔内循环水水质。利用处理后的废水替代软水给冷却塔补水,可实现节能减排的目的,同时可以改善目前运行的冷却塔内循环水水质。 After the glass substrate is processed,it needs to be cleaned with ultrapure water with a cleaning agent to remove particles,fingerprints,glass powder,dust,stains,etc.on the surface of the glass substrate.The waste water generated during the cleaning process is processed to meet the takeover standard of the municipal sewage treatment plant.Discharge to the sewage pipe network.Through water quality analysis and testing,It can be seen that the quality of the treated wastewater is close to that of soft water,and only the turbidity of the treated wastewater is significantly greater than that of the soft water.A filter can be added to the cooling tower before making up the water,which can be used to remove suspended matter in the wastewater,the turbidity of wastewater can be close to that of soft water.The quality of the treated wastewater is obviously better than that of the circulating water in the cooling tower.Using the treated wastewater to replace the soft water to make up water for the cooling tower can achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,and can improve the circulating water quality of the cooling tower.
