Value Exploration and Practice Path of Cultural Education in Vocational Education

在发展职业教育的过程中,文化具有重要的育人价值,能够帮助学生形成民族信仰、工匠精神,使学生成长为德智体美劳全面发展的高素质职业人才。为激发文化育人成效,首先应从理念、方法和制度三个层面分析现阶段职业教育文化育人存在的问题,其次从实践出发探索科学的文化育人路径。职业院校要从服务地方角度转变文化育人核心理念,采取线上线下结合的方法组织开展多元育人活动,并通过完善协同育人机制顺利实施文化育人,最终有效落实职业教育立德树人根本任务。

In the process of developing vocational education,culture has important educational value,which can help students form national beliefs and craftsman spirit,and make students grow into high-quality professional talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor.In order to stimulate the effectiveness of cultural education,the problems existing in the cultural education of vocational education at the present stage are analyzed from the three levels of concept,method and system,and then the scientific path of cultural education is explored from practice.
