核心素养视域下的班级管理优化策略研究

摘要 “十年树木,百年树人。”班主任教师及其班级管理在学校管理中具有极为基础且重要的作用。基于此,结合具体的工作实践,从加强班级文化建设、关注班级的弱势群体、开展丰富多彩的课外活动、充分发挥班干部的核心力量、注重多样化德育课堂的育人功能、形成家校教育合力等方面,探讨义务教育阶段班级管理的具体优化策略,以期彰显班主任教师的独特魅力,加强班级管理创新,更好地塑造学生,促进他们得到全面的发展。 “Ten years of trees,a hundred years of people”.Head teachers and their class management play an extremely fundamental and important role in school management.Combined with the specific work practice,this paper discusses the specific optimization strategies of class management in compulsory education stage from the aspects of strengthening the construction of class culture,paying attention to the vulnerable groups of the class,carrying out rich and colorful extracurricular activities,giving full play to the core strength of class cadres,paying attention to the educational function of diversified moral education classrooms,and forming a joint force of family and school education,in order to highlight the unique charm of head teachers,strengthen the innovation of class management,better shape students,and promote their comprehensive development.
