Analysis on Strategies for Cultivating the Striving Spirit among Youth in the New Era

新时代青年是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦和推动社会发展不可或缺的中坚力量.但部分青年缺少坚定持久的奋斗动力,存在奋斗意志不坚定、奋斗本领不足、无法坚持正确的奋斗方向等问题,这些问题在一定程度上阻碍了青年奋斗精神的形成.因此,要注重培养广大青年的奋斗精神,引导青年永葆奋斗初心、坚定理想信念、树立奋斗目标、激发奋斗动力,在奋斗的道路上勇敢前行,促使新时代青年毫无畏惧地完成历史使命.

Youth in the new era is an indispensable backbone for realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation and promoting social development.However,some young people lack firm and lasting striving motivation,firm striving will,sufficient striving ability,and ability to adhere to the correct striving direction,and these problems hinder the formation of young people’s striving spirit to a certain extent.This paper suggests that we should pay attention to cultivating the striving spirit among young people,guide them to maintain the striving intention,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,establish their striving goals,stimulate their striving motivation,and move forward bravely on the striving road,so as to promote young people in the new era to fulfill their historical mission without fear.
