国际绿色创新发展态势对江苏实现“双碳”目标的启示与建议

Inspiration and suggestions of international green innovation development trends for Jiangsu to achieve the “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality” goals

实现碳达峰碳中和是一场广泛而深刻的经济社会系统性变革,世界各发达国家都在实施相关绿色发展规划与战略,加快研究绿色技术。江苏自20世纪90年代以来一直在持续推进绿色低碳转型,在发展过程中,逐步认识到传统发展模式很难兼顾经济增长与碳减排的双重目标。文章在对国际经验总结的基础上,立足江苏现状,探讨得出江苏实现“双碳”目标的对策建议。

Realizing Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals is a broad and profound economic and social systemic change,and developed countries around the world are implementing relevant green development plans and strategies,accelerating research on green technologies.Since the 1990s,Jiangsu has been continuously promoting green and low-carbon transformation.In the process of development,it has gradually realized that traditional development models are difficult to balance the dual goals of economic growth and carbon reduction.On the basis of summarizing international experience and the current situation in Jiangsu,this article explores and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for Jiangsu to achieve“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”goals.
