摘要
为深化校企合作,助力乡村振兴发展,创新嵌入式人才培养模式,本研究从人才培养主体、素质、知识、技能、职业标准、评价标准六个维度,构建并实践了校内专任教师与企业技术人员“双主体嵌入”、校园文化与企业文化“双文化嵌入”、学校知识与企业知识“双知识嵌入”、专业课程技能与职业岗位技能“双技能嵌入”、园林专业教学标准与园林职业标准“双标准嵌入”、学校评价与企业评价“双评价嵌入”的“六维度六双嵌入式双循环”高职园林技术专业双元制人才培养模式。
In order to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises,assist in rural revitalization and development,and build an innovative embedded talent training model,this study constructs a dual subject embedding model for full-time teachers on campus and enterprise technical personnel,dual culture embedding model for campus culture and enterprise culture,dual knowledge embedding model for school knowledge and enterprise knowledge,dual skill embedding model for professional course skills and vocational position skills,dual standard embedding model for teaching standards and vocational standards in landscaping,and dual evaluation embedding model for school evaluation and enterprise evaluation,as well as a dual cycle talent training model for vocational landscaping technology majors in vocational colleges.
