我国双师型教师认定标准研究的回顾与展望——基于2008—2023年CNKI期刊数据的分析

摘要 科学合理的双师型教师认定标准是促进教师队伍与职业教育高质量发展的重要保障。对2008—2023年中国知网收录的双师型教师认定标准研究的期刊文献进行统计分析发现,该领域的研究主要集中在标准内涵认识、实施现状把握、标准体系制定等方面,在研究主题、研究视角与研究方法上仍存在不足。结合科研现状与教育实际,本研究未来发展方向可聚焦于以下三个方面:加强双师型教师“认定——培养——再认定——退出”一体化研究;结合教育家精神开展双师型教师认定标准体系建构研究;强化比较研究,采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法。 The scientific and reasonable standards for identifying double-qualified teachers are an important guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the teaching staff and vocational education.A statistical analysis of the journal literature on the recognition standards for double-qualified teachers included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 2008 to 2023 found that research in this field mainly focuses on understanding the connotation of standards,grasping the implementation status,and formulating standard systems.There are still shortcomings in research topics,perspectives,and methods.Based on the current research status and educational reality,the future development direction of this study can focus on the following three aspects:strengthening the integrated research of"identification-training-re-identification-exit"for double-qualified teachers,research on the construction of a double-qualified teachers certification standard system based on the spirit of educators,and strengthening comparative research and adopting a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
