新时代劳动教育与思想政治理论课教学的融合研究

劳动教育作为理论与实践相结合的育人抓手,与思想政治理论课在时代、理论以及实践等维度均有较强的耦合共通之处。把握劳动教育与思想政治理论课教学的耦合规律,有助于推进立德树人目标的实现,教师可从内容创新以及形式优化两方面打通劳动教育与思想政治理论课教学结合的共进通路。具体而言,在内容创新路径上,以马克思主义劳动观构建内容框架、以马克思劳动价值论激活理性认同、以党史学习教育传承劳动精神可循序渐进构建育人闭环;在形式优化路径上,线上线下结合、课内课外结合、校内校外结合可筑牢育人堡垒。

Labor education,as a combination of theory and practice,has strong coupling and commonality with ideological and political theory courses in terms of era,theory,and practice.Grasping the coupling law between labor education and ideological and political theory teaching can help promote the achievement of the goal of cultivating morality and talent.The joint path of combining labor education with ideological and political theory teaching can be opened up from two aspects:content innovation and form optimization.Specifically,in the path of content innovation,constructing a content framework based on Marxism labor theory,activating rational identification based on Marxism labor value theory,and inheriting labor spirit through party history education can gradually build a closed loop of education.On the path of form optimization,the combination of online and offline,in class and out of class,and in school and out of school can build a strong fortress of education.
