摘要
目的 在义务教育阶段构筑多元化食育课程,推广分享食育“试点校”建设实践经验。方法 通过采用整群抽样方法在“试点校”各年级中挑选试点班级,对比研究比较项目实施前后营养知识知晓成绩的变化;观察营养行为,探讨学生在营养认知能力、操作能力、行为改变与行为保持能力的变化。结果 项目实施前后学生营养知识知晓成绩有差异(P<0.01),成绩与学生学识水平有关;观察到学生营养行为也在发生改变。结论 食育项目的实施可以帮助学生改变健康营养方面的认知能力、操作能力、行为习惯等;在学校开展食育教育有助于培养学生感恩情怀,有助于良好饮食习惯的养成;食育教育的内容、方法、实施等有待于进一步探讨。
Objective:To construct a diversified food education curriculum in the compulsory education stage,and to promote and share the practical experience in the construction of food education"pilot school".Methods:The group sampling method was used to select practical classes from each grade in the pilot school,and the nutritional knowledge before and after the implementation of the project was compared by comparative study.This paper explores the changes of cognitive ability,operational ability,behavior change and behavior retention ability through behavioral research.Results:The scores of nutrition knowledge of the students before and after the implementation of the project were different(P<0.01),and the scores were related to the students'knowledge level.The nutritional behavior of students was also observed to change.Conclusion:The implementation of feeding program can help students to change their cognitive ability,operation ability and behavior habits in health nutrition.Food education in schools is helpful to cultivate students'feelings of gratitude and good eating habits.At the same time,the contents,methods and implementation of food education need to be further discussed.
