“+旅游”助推乡村发展及其模式研究——从南京市江宁区三个乡村调研开始

"+Tourism"Boosting Rural Development and Its Mode:The Survey of Three Villages in Jiangning District,Nanjing

为实现国家提出的乡村振兴战略目标,中国乡村发展应在保护乡村原生和固有资源禀赋的基础上,探索促进乡村发展的助推力及模式。选取“首批国家全域旅游示范区”南京市江宁区三个具有典型性的乡村为例,认为充分利用乡村自然景观、农业、历史文化三大原生和固有资源禀赋的“+旅游”正是促进乡村发展的恰当助推力。提出“+自然景观资源禀赋的度假观光旅游”“+特色农业资源禀赋的农耕体验旅游”“+历史文化资源禀赋的古建文化旅游”及“+多种资源禀赋的综合化利用旅游”共四种“+旅游”助推乡村发展模式及其构建方法,以期为其他地区乡村发展积极融入新时代“+旅游”理念及助推乡村振兴提供参考。

In order to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization proposed by the state,China's rural development should explore the force and mode of boosting rural development on the basis of preserving the original and inherent resource endowment of rural areas.Three typical villages in Jiangning District of Nanjing,one of the first national demonstration areas for all-regional tourism,are selected as examples.It is believed that"+tourism",which makes full use of the natural landscape,agriculture,history and culture of three original and inherent resources endowment,is the proper driving force to promote rural development.Four modes of"+tourism"to boost rural development and their construction methods are proposed,including"+vacation sightseeing tourism with natural landscape resources endowment","+agricultural experience tourism with characteristic agricultural resources endowment","+ancient architecture cultural tourism with historical and cultural resources endowment"and"+comprehensive utilization tourism with multiple resources endowment",in order to provide reference for other areas to actively integrate the concept of"+tourism"in the new era and boost rural revitalization.
