公共安全下老旧小区微改造策略研究——以荆州市太岳路菱村为例

Micro-Retrofitting Strategy of Old Neighborhoods Under Public Safety:Taking Ling Village in Taiyue Road,Jingzhou City

近几年随着各类公共安全事件的频繁发生,尤其是三年抗击疫情,城市公共安全受到极大威胁,社区作为城市居民生活的基本单元,也是各类公共安全事件发生的聚集点,因此探索公共安全下老旧小区微改造策略极为重要。该文在分析公共安全内涵、分类和国内相关研究的基础上,提出基于公共安全的老旧小区更新改造重点和改造策略。以荆州市太岳路社区菱村为例,针对其公共安全方面存在的问题进行微改造,以期为今后公共安全下老旧小区改造提供有益参考。

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of various types of public security incidents,especially the three-year fight against the epidemic,urban public security is greatly threatened,the community is the basic unit of urban residents'life,but also all kinds of public security incidents occurring in the aggregation point,so it is extremely important to explore the public security under the micro-reform strategy of the old neighborhood.In this paper,based on analyzing the connotation of public security,classification,and domestic-related research,we put forward the focus of renewal and transformation strategy of the old neighborhood based on public security.Taking Ling Village in Taiyue Road Community,Jingzhou City as an example,we make a micro transformation for its public security problems,so as to provide useful reference for the future transformation of old neighborhoods under public security.
