基于POI数据的城市夜市空间对区域活力的影响研究——以汉口吉庆街为例

The Impact of Urban Night Market Spaces on Regional Vitality Based on POI Data:A Case Study of Jiqing Street in Hankou

夜市空间研究对于城市发展和夜间经济的推动起着重要作用,而城市大数据挖掘技术的发展为夜市空间研究提供了重要的支持。吉庆街夜市片区依托城市公共空间,以其丰富多样的商业形式和夜间提供的餐饮、观光体验,吸引了大量当地居民和游客。研究分析了吉庆街夜市片区的POI分布特征,并利用百度热力图反映的片区活力信息,探讨了夜市空间中POI分布与区域活力之间的关系。研究结果表明,POI分布密集度对区域活力具有正向影响,特别是餐饮、购物、公共设施和夜市摊贩等四类POI对区域活力的影响更为显著,而街区内部的商业混合度对高热度区域的影响较小。

Research on night market spaces plays an important role in urban development and the promotion of nighttime economies,and the development of urban big data mining techniques provides crucial support for studying night market spaces.Relying on urban public spaces,the night market area of Jiqing Street attracts a large number of local residents and tourists with its diverse commercial forms and dining and sightseeing experiences during the nighttime.In this study we analyzed the characteristics of POI distribution in the night market area of Jiqing Street,and explored the relationship between POI distribution and regional vitality by using heat maps reflected by Baidu data,The research findings demonstrate that the density of POI distribution has a positive impact on regional vitality,with a particularly significant influence from four types of POIs:dining,shopping,public facilities,and night market vendors.However,the degree of commercial mix within the street blocks has a relatively smaller effect on high-density areas.
