乡村振兴战略背景下世界银信小镇规划研究——以端芬镇为例

Planning of World-Class Yinxin Town Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy:Taking Duanfen Town as an Example

近年随国内侨乡文化开发研究涌现,旅游对侨乡地区所产生的影响备受重视,针对侨乡文化研究的视角和区域逐渐扩大,但从特色小镇规划切入侨乡小镇规划的具体策略的研究较少。为了扎实推进乡村振兴,深入实施“侨都赋能”工程,端芬镇凭其得天独厚的侨乡文化与政策优势,将规划打造世界级银信小镇。该文以端芬镇作为研究对象,采用文献查阅法、实地调研法等研究方法,深度剖析了端芬镇的发展条件与发展问题,从宏观和微观层面提出了统一规划、聚焦文化、产业培育和广聚才智四个方面的规划思路。

In recent years,with the emergence of research on the development of overseas Chinese culture,the impact of tourism on hometown areas has been highly valued.However,there is a lack of specific research on the planning strategies for overseas Chinese towns from the perspective of characteristic town planning.In order to promote rural revitalization and implement the"Hometown Empowerment"project,Duanfen Town,with its unique advantages in hometown culture and policies,aims to plan a world-class Yinxin Town.Focusing on Duanfen Town,using literature review and field research methods,we analyze its development conditions and issues.We also propose planning strategies from both macro and micro perspectives,including unified planning,cultural focus,industry cultivation,and gathering talents.
