面向更大牵引质量的重载列车运输组织关键技术探讨

摘要 国家关于综合交通体系建设、运输结构调整、“双碳”目标、绿色低碳等系列政策,都为重载运输发展提供了良好环境。在既有万吨和2万t重载列车常态化开行的基础上,探索开行更大牵引质量重载列车,能够实现重载铁路运能和重载技术双提升。在阐述国内外大牵引质量列车开行现状的基础上,提出了我国开行更大牵引质量列车的重要意义,从车流组织、追踪间隔、场站集疏运能力、列车行车安全等方面分析了开行更大牵引质量列车对运输组织的影响,进而提出了开行更大牵引质量列车运输组织关键技术,即:编组方案设计技术、车流组织技术、列车开行追踪间隔标定技术、场站集疏运能力适应性分析技术、列车组合分解方案制定技术、应急保障方案制定技术、运输组织配套保障技术,为重载铁路发展更大牵引质量列车提供参考。 A series of policies such as the construction of the national comprehensive transportation system,the adjustment of transportation structure,the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and the green and low-carbon development have provided a sound environment for the development of heavyhaul transportation.On the basis of the normal operation of the existing 10000-ton and 20000-ton heavyhaul trains,this paper explored the operation of heavy-haul trains with larger traction quality,which could improve both heavy-haul railway carrying capacity and heavy-haul technologies.The current operation of trains with large traction quality in China and abroad was reviewed,and the importance of operating trains with larger traction quality in China was proposed.In addition,the impact of operating trains with larger traction quality on transportation organization was analyzed from the aspects of traffic flow organization,tracking interval,station collection and distribution capacity,and train operation safety,and the key technologies for transportation organization of trains with larger traction quality were proposed,including marshaling scheme design technology,traffic flow organization technology,tracking interval calibration technology,station collection and distribution capability adaptability analysis technology,train combination and decomposition scheme formulation technology,emergency support scheme formulation technology,and supportive technology for transportation organization.These technologies provide a reference for the development of trains with larger traction quality on heavy-haul railways.
