苦菊椒柏方联合LED黄光治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Kuju Jiaobai Formula Combined with LED Yellow Light in the Treatment of Facial Dermatitis

目的:观察苦菊椒柏方联合LED黄光在面部皮炎治疗中的临床效果,观察治疗过程中的不良反应。方法:将65例面部皮炎患者纳入研究,通过随机数字表的方法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予LED黄光治疗,并予口服依巴斯汀片;治疗组在对照组基础上加用苦菊椒柏方湿敷。治疗2周后评价两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率为75.76%(25/33),对照组为53.13%(17/32),治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组瘙痒、刺痛、紧绷评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组红斑、皮损面积明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VISIA检测的红色区绝对分值均较治疗前明显降低且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未发生特殊不良反应。结论:苦菊椒柏方联合LED黄光治疗面部皮炎可明显提高临床疗效,改善皮肤症状,且未见明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuju Jiaobai Formula combined with LED yellow light in the treatment of facial dermatitis and to observe the adverse reactions during the treatment.Methods Sixty-five patients with facial dermatitis were included in the study.The subjects were divided into the control group and the treatment group using a random number table.The control group was treated with LED yellow light and given oral ebastine tablets.The treatment group was treated with wet compresses of Kuju Jiaobai Formula on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.76%(25/33)and that of the control group was 53.13%(17/32).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.But there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pruritus,tingling and tightness points in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The erythema and lesion area in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the absolute scores of the red zone of the VISIA test were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),compared between groups,the absolute scores of the red zone of the VISIA test was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment.Conclusion Kuju Jiaobai Formula combined with LED yellow light in the treatment of facial dermatitis can significantly reduce skin lesions,improve skin symptoms,and no significant adverse reactions.
