列夫·托尔斯泰是“思想的艺术家”,他曾在自传三部曲《童年·少年·青年》中明确说到自己对怀疑主义的神往。怀疑意识在这部作品中主要表现为三个方面,即对宗教、封建制度与文化、个体功利主义的怀疑。托尔斯泰通过“我”的视角,对所处的社会、历史等冷静地注视,对集体意识中的“理性”存疑,并在怀疑中建构思想。

Leo Tolstoy is recognized as a“philosopher of art”,and he overtly conveyed his fascination with skepticism in his autobiographical trilogy Childhood,Boyhood,Youth.The skeptical consciousness mainly manifests itself in three aspects in the trilo-gy:skeptical consciousness toward religion,feudal system and culture,and individual utilitarianism.Through the lens of the narrator“I”,Tolstoy serenely observes society and history,raising questions about the“reason”embedded in collective consciousness.Throughout the process of skepticism,he intricately shaped his thoughts.
