In this era of globalization and informatization,cultivating and developing new quality productive forces is crucial for high-quality economic development.For this purpose,our journal has organized a special study that brings together the insights of experts from multiple fields,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and policy recommendations.Zhang Li emphasizes the importance of building an innovation ecosystem.She believes that this requires joint efforts from the government,enterprises,research institutions,and various sectors of society.She also proposes key paths such as strengthening top-level design,deepening the integration of industry,academia,research and application,optimizing the innovation environment,increasing investment,expanding cooperation,and cultivating talents.Yang Jiaxin points out that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays a core role in the formation of new quality productive forces.She suggests building a transformation ecosystem to accelerate the industrialization process and emphasizes the necessity of strengthening basic research and stimulating transformation vitality.Liu Hui focuses on the digital economy,analyzes its role in cultivating new quality productive forces,and proposes strategies for strengthening digital infrastructure construction,cultivating core industries,promoting transformation,optimizing the environment,and cultivating talents in Shaanxi Province.Cultivating new quality productive forces requires multi-dimensional collaborative promotion.As an important province in the western region,Shaanxi will provide valuable experience for other regions in areas such as innovative ecological construction,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and digital economic practice.The purpose of this special study is to provide reference for policy makers and practitioners to jointly promote the development of new quality productive forces and achieve comprehensive and high-quality economic and social development.
