风电机组设备可靠性分析及提升方法研究

摘要 分析了风电机组可靠性研究现状,指出已有研究存在的不足;开展了风电机组关键部件的可靠性影响因素剖析,梳理了风电机组故障类型,探究了故障发生原因;从风电机组设计方案、可靠性测试水平、监测系统先进性及维修方式合理性等方面提出了提升风电机组可靠性的方法,并指出可进一步开展的工作。 This article firstly analyzes the current status of reliability research on wind turbines,and points out the shortcomings of existing research;Secondly,conducts an analysis of the factors affecting the reliability of key components of wind turbines,and sorts out the types of faults in wind turbines,exploring the causes of the faults;finally,from the aspects of optimizing the reliability design scheme of wind turbines,improving the level of reliability testing of wind turbines,improving the progressiveness of the monitoring system of wind turbines,and optimizing the rationality of the maintenance mode of wind turbines,the author proposes the methods of improving the reliability of wind turbines,and points out the work that can be further carried out for the reference of other researchers and readers.
