食品添加剂液体二氧化碳纯度提升的研究

摘要 随着碳减排和碳中和步伐的加快,回收利用工业尾气CO_(2)气体的项目和生产设备日趋广泛。为进一步提升回收制备的食品添加剂液体二氧化碳纯度,本文总结了某公司通过在提纯塔和精馏塔的底部增设盘管,使用液氨代替蒸汽伴热管,改造2万吨/年食品添加剂液体CO_(2)净化装置,产品纯度、总硫、总烃、CO、N_(2)残留量控制到了预期效果,为高标准食品级二氧化碳生产工艺改进及降低运行成本提供了有效的技术参考。 With the acceleration of the national carbon reduction and carbon neutrality strategy,gas projects and production equipment for recycling industrial CO_(2)are becoming more and more extensive.In order to further improve the purity of liquid carbon dioxide of food additives prepared by recycling process,this paper summarized that a company has modified the 20,000 tons/year liquid CO_(2)purification device for food additives by adding coils at the bottom of the purification tower and rectification tower,and using liquid ammonia instead of steam trace pipe.The product purity,total sulfur,total hydrocarbon,CO and N_(2)residues were controlled to the expected effect.It provides an effective technical reference for the improvement of high standard food grade carbon dioxide production process and the reduction of operating costs.
