固体饮料质量安全状况及原因分析

摘要 固体饮料因其携带方便、即冲即饮、风味多样等特点倍受消费者青睐。近年来,关于固体饮料的食品安全事件不断被报道,引发较大关注。本文整理了固体饮料监督抽检、网络舆情反映的问题,发现固体饮料存在微生物、食品添加剂超标、质量指标不合格等问题,但网络舆情与监管最关注的是虚假宣传、冒充特殊医学用途配方食品的问题。通过对饮料生产许可证审查细则、相关标准及行业现状等进行分析,探讨了固体饮料质量安全问题产生的原因。同时通过对现行政策及政策动向进行梳理,发现目前政策主要集中在打击虚假宣传、规范委托生产及促进标准与许可的衔接等方面。 Solid drinks are favored by consumers because of their portability,ready-to-drink,and variety of flavor.In recent years,the food safety incidents of solid drinks have been reported continuously,causing great concern.In this paper,the problems of the supervision and spot-check of solid drinks and the public opinion on the Internet have been sorted out,finding that there are solid drinks microbial,food additives exceed the standard,quality indicators,such as substandard problems.However,the network public opinion and the supervision most pays attention to is the false propaganda,the impersonation special food question.The reasons of quality and safety problems of solid beverage were discussed by analyzing the detailed rules,relevant standards and industry status quo of beverage production license.Moreover,through combing the current policy and policy trends,we found that the current policy is mainly in combating false propaganda,standardizing commissioned production and promoting the link between standards and permits.
