摘要
数智融合赋能建筑业转型升级,数智化能力成为匹配数智化发展的新型工程管理人才的核心能力。由此,明晰工程管理场景嵌入下数智化能力的内涵与能力构成,并提出多层次课程体系设计、多维度实践教学活动配套、多学科师资团队构建、多渠道教学资源整合的工程管理人才数智化能力培育策略。
The integration of digital and intelligent technologies empowers the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The digital and intelligent capabilities have become one of core capabilities of new engineering management talents that match the requirement of digital and intelligent technologies development.This paper clarifies the definition and ability composition of digital capabilities embedded in engineering management scenarios,then puts forwards four strategies for digital and intelligent capabilities cultivation,including multi-level curriculum system design,multi-dimensional practical activities matching,multi-disciplinary faculty establishment,and multi-channel teaching resource integration.
