摘要
随着城市发展转型从增量扩张进入存量提升的时代,城市更新逐渐由大拆大建进化到新旧并存、有机更新和融合共生的新阶段。历史建筑及周边城市空间作为存量时代城市更新的重要组成部分,承载着一个城市的过去与未来,面临着保护与发展、近期与远期、文化价值与经济效益等多重矛盾,需要用更加复合的视角进行研究探索与实践。为此,以福州郭宅周边旧村改造项目为例,从探索历史文脉、精准主题定位、构建空间格局、统筹商业布局、再现传统生活、提升风貌气韵等方面,思考保护与更新的设计策略。
With the development and transformation of cities from incremental expansion to an era of stock enhancement,urban renewal has gradually evolved from large-scale demolition and construction to a new stage of coexistence of old and new,organic renewal,and integration and symbiosis.As an important component of urban renewal in the stock era,historical buildings and surrounding urban spaces carry the past and future of a city.They face multiple contradictions such as protection and development,short-term and long-term,cultural value and economic benefits,and require a more complex perspective for research and practice.This article takes the renovation project of old villages around Guozhai in Fuzhou as an example,and considers design strategies for protection and renewal from several aspects such as exploring historical context,precise theme positioning,constructing spatial pattern,coordinating commercial layout,reproducing traditional life,and enhancing style and charm.
