The lessons of construction accidents around the country continue to warn of safety problems in existing buildings,and the appraisal report of existing buildings is an important basis and means of examining the safety of existing buildings.On the basis of practice,this article summarizes various common problems in existing building appraisal through case studies and provides suggestions for report preparation,which can be used as a reference for other existing building appraisal projects.
