摘要
马克思主义认为,劳动是人的类本质,是商品价值的唯一源泉,也是主体自由自觉的活动。在大学生马克思主义劳动观教育中,应以马克思主义劳动观为理论基础,不断破解劳动价值危机、发挥“五育并举”效应、建设高素质人才队伍。新时代大学生马克思主义劳动观教育存在课程体系不够完善、“家校社”协调不够系统、大学生自我教育意识不够强烈、形式不够新颖的现实困境。应在实践中不断完善劳动教育课程体系,传播马克思主义劳动观;推进多方协同育人机制,创新“三位一体”育人格局;发挥青年学生主体作用,倡导知行合一劳动教育;借助网络教育平台技术,创新马克思主义劳动观教育形式。
Marxism posits that labor is intrinsic to human nature,serving as the sole origin of commodity value,and representing the subject's liberated and intentional engagement.In educating college students on the Marxist view of labor,we should consider the Marxist perspective on labor as the theoretical foundation,consistently address the crisis of labor value,leverage the“five education simultaneously”approach,and cultivate a team of high-quality talents.In the new era,educating college students on Marxist labor concepts faces practical challenges,such as an imperfect curriculum system,a lack of systematic coordination among“family,school,and community,”insufficient self-education awareness,and a shortage of innovative educational approaches.It is essential to continuously enhance the labor education curriculum system in practice and promote the dissemination of the Marxist labor perspective.Promote a multi-party collaborative education mechanism and innovate the“trinity”education pattern.Give full play to the main role of young students and advocate labor education that combines knowledge and practice.Utilize network education platform technology to innovate the form of Marxist labor concept education.
