中药单体及其活性成分防治骨质疏松研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monomer and Its Active Components in Prevention and Treatment of Osteoporosis

骨质疏松是一种临床常见的代谢性骨科疾病,发病率高,发病基数极其庞大。目前中药及其活性成分治疗骨质疏松逐渐成为研究热点,因治疗的具体靶点及机制完善而被广泛认可。本文基于国内外中药中医理论及其活性成分治疗骨质疏松的最新研究成果,将传统中医理论与现代医学理论相结合,对骨质疏松治疗的相关药物及机制进行归纳总结,为中药及其活性成分防治骨质疏松提供新的思路。

Osteoporosis(OP)is a common metabolic orthopaedic disease with high incidence and huge base.At present,Chinese medicine and its active ingredients have gradually become a research hotspot in the treatment of OP,and are gradually widely recognized due to the gradual improvement of specific targets and mechanisms of treatment.Based on the latest research results of Chinese medicine theory and active ingredients in the treatment of OP at home and abroad,this paper combines traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern medical theory to summarize the related drugs and mechanisms of OP treatment.It provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of OP by traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients.
