摘要
机床主轴位置精度对加工系统的尺寸控制影响很大。针对主轴回转精度,设计了一种考虑切削力修正的主轴回转精度误差评定方法,并开展了变工况(变进给、变切宽、变切深)下同步误差和圆度误差的性能测试。研究结果表明,测试结果和仿真数据之间达到了相近程度,形成了0.2μm的最大误差,达到了良好吻合性。切宽12mm以及进给速度1200mm/min条件下分离后产生圆度误差达到了良好吻合程度。该研究易于实现,具有很好的推广价值。
The positional accuracy of machine tool spindle has a great influence on the dimensional control of machining system.For the spindle rotary accuracy,a spindle rotary accuracy error evaluation method considering the cutting force correction is designed,and the performance test of synchronisation error and roundness error under variable working conditions(variable feed,variable width of cut,variable depth of cut)is carried out.The results of the study show that a good agreement was achieved between the test results and the simulation data,resulting in a maximum error of O.2μm.Good agreement was achieved for the roundness error after separation at a cut width of 12 mm and a feed rate of 1,200 mm/min.The study is easy to realise and has good generalisation value.
