摘要
利用多用途离散元素法建模软件EDEM构建有限元模型,模拟分析了不同转速下采煤机截割滚筒的受力情况。以MG500/1180-WD型采煤机为研究对象,探讨了转速变化对滚筒截割能力、受力分布的影响。研究发现,在滚筒转速一定的情况下,滚筒各方向的受力呈现先增大后减小的趋势,转速为30r/min时滚筒受力最大。随着转速的增加,剩余黏结键数量逐渐降低,破煤率相应提高。从截割滚筒受力和破煤率层面出发,可以适当提升滚筒转速,但同时要考虑提高转速引发的其他问题。该研究为采煤机的优化设计、合理使用提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
A finite element model was constructed by using EDEM software to simulate and analyse the force on the cutting drum of coal mining machine under different rotational speeds.Taking MG500/1180-WD coal mining machine as an example,the influence of rotational speed change on the cutting capacity and force distribution of the drum is discussed.It is found that the force in all directions of the drum shows a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing under a certain drum speed.The maximum force on the drum was found at a speed of 30 r/min.With the increase of rotational speed,the number of remaining bonding bonds gradually decreases,and the coal breaking rate increases accordingly.From the level of cutting drum force and coal breaking rate,the drum speed can be increased appropriately,but at the same time,other problems caused by increasing the speed should be considered.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimal design and rational use of coal mining machine.
