煤矿振动筛关键部件优化设计研究

摘要 基于发明问题解决理论,介绍了一种新型混动振动筛关键部件设计方案,提出了关键部件设计方案,再通过有限元仿真分析方法,从静力学仿真和动力学仿真两个角度实施设计仿真分析验证,其中静力学仿真分析中还会根据仿真分析结果对结构进行优化调整,以保障设计可行性。完成设计优化及动力学分析后,将设计应用于工程实践,确认新型混沌振动筛关键部件设计可满足基本使用需求。 Based on the invention problem solving theory,a new type of chaotic vibrating screen key component design scheme is introduced,the key component design scheme is put forward,and then through the finite element simulation and analysis method,the design simulation analysis is implemented to verify the design simulation analysis from the two perspectives of static simulation and dynamics simulation,of which the static simulation analysis will also be optimized and adjusted according to the results of the simulation analysis of the structure in order to guarantee the feasibility of the design.After completing the design optimisation and dynamics analysis,the design is applied to engineering practice,which confirms that the design of key components of the new chaotic vibrating screen can meet the basic use requirements.
